 Millions of children across Africa suffer from malnutrition. Information about its effects in most cases are given less attention by media houses yet these effects are pose great public health challenges. One way to tackle this is by encouraging consumption of a variety of sweet potato called the Orange-flesh Sweet Potato (OSP). OSP has been successful in tackling malnutrition in multiple cases across the continent.
