My dairy cow is sucking its own milk through its udders, what could be the problem?

The issue could be that it has excess milk in the udder which may be irritating it or is leaking out. This may also result from incomplete milking by the milker. It may also be a hereditary issue from its parents.

You need to improve on milking technics and frequency. You also need to traceback on its parent/dam's behaviour through records.
