There is a perception in my community that women are not resolute enough to make decisions. How can I change this hard line mentality.

Dear Questioner,
This ia a perception as you say, it is actually "a stereotype" whereby it does not have factual grounds on which it is based. This wll be addressed by conducting a gender analysis with the commuinty and establishing the facts on ground whether it is true that the women actually do not make decisions. The gender analysis will also differentiate between what decisions the women make, why they make them? when they make them? I hope this helps.
