The disease is angular leaf spot. It's caused by bacteria and spreads in dumpy situations accompanied with high nitrogen and low potassium nutrition. Wind storm accompanied with rains causing rainsplash also spreads the disease. Control is by removing affected plants and applying antibiotics recommended in your region.
