I think there is need to do a multi stakeholder mapping of the Partners in Extension and Advisory services. Then what follows next is to call directly for a Satement of Interest to support the respective extension workers.
A clear outline of the respective capacity building methodologies reviewed which is then followed by Implementation of the respective programs or activities.
